Terms & Conditions

Payment Obligation: Winning bidders are legally bound to pay for the items they have won at the auction.
Payment Deadline: Payment must be received within 48 hours of the close of the auction. Failure to do so may result in the item being offered to the next highest bidder.
Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping items won at the auction is the responsibility of the winning bidder. Shipping fees are not included in the final bid price.
Item Descriptions: All items are sold “as is.” Descriptions and photos of items are provided to the best of our ability, and no warranties or guarantees are implied.
Bidding Process: Bidders must be registered and logged in to participate in the auction. Bids are considered final and cannot be retracted.
Reserve Prices: Some items may have reserve prices. If the reserve price is not met, the item may not be sold.
Bid Increments: Bidders should follow the specified bid increments, as outlined in the auction guidelines.
Online Auction Closing: The online auction will close at 9pm on 31 October 2023. No bids can be placed after the closing time.
Winning Notifications: Winning bidders will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of the auction’s conclusion.
Tax Deductibility: Please consult with your tax advisor regarding the tax deductibility of your winning bid or donation.
